The day of my first meeting with the Head of Operations was very special. I would rather call it sharing of our work experiences & how we can achieve a win-win for the organization! We agreed to work together!!
Just 2 days later was the Annual Business Meet, and I had been invited. Please keep in mind that I have not yet joined! Such trust and unity among the employees!!
