I am excited to share my experience with you guys. Way back in 2005, I joined FourD.
The day of my first meeting with the Head of Operations was very special. I would rather call it sharing of our work experiences & how we can achieve a win-win for the organization! We agreed to work together!!
Just 2 days later was the Annual Business Meet, and I had been invited. Please keep in mind that I have not yet joined! Such trust and unity among the employees!!
It takes a very short time to get along with people, and reachability is never an issue. Whenever you need help, you have a good set of people to support, and you never feel left alone. There will be ups and downs in business, but the way people treat you is in no way related. It means you are morally responsible for your business.
No policing, no micromanagement!
